1. Service Description

failmodes.ai is an evidence-first failure diagnostic tool. You submit a URL or other evidence about a product, process, support case, payment, workflow, or operational incident and receive an automated analysis identifying potential failure patterns. Results are generated by large language models and should be treated as informational, not as guaranteed fact.

2. No Guarantees

We do not guarantee that the diagnostic will be accurate, complete, or useful for your specific situation. AI systems can hallucinate, misinterpret context, and produce confidently wrong outputs. Use the output as a thinking tool, not as a definitive verdict.

3. Intellectual Property

The diagnostic reports, playbooks, and other generated content are provided for your personal use in connection with the submitted failure or incident. You may not resell, redistribute, or systematically scrape the service output for commercial purposes.

4. Refund Policy

Completed digital reports and action plans are non-refundable. If payment is taken but the paid artifact is not delivered after the service retry limit, the original payment is automatically refunded. An unfavorable or disputed result is not a refund trigger. We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
